Flexibility in Multi-Tools
ACCURL®MAX-SF Series CNC Punch Press Machine is a newly developed multi-index tool turret punch press that is equipped with an advanced servo hydraulic system. Accurl’s MAX SF Series CNC Punching machines provides the fastest, flexible and most reliable punch press to satisfy customer requirements for fast, precise sheet metal works.
32 Stations 2 Auto index
ACCURL entry level turret offers a full set of tooling with two auto indexing stations.
The strictly engineered mechanical parts in the H+L Hydraulic ram are manufactured according to high precision standards. The HS3 electronic stoke controls the speed and stroke of the 30 ton hydraulic punching head.
The T-series is equipped with a thick turret tool holder, consisting of 32 stations. It comes with standard with 2 Auto Index "D" stations. An additional two auto-indexing stations are optional.
Complex Multi-Tools Auto Index Technology
Synchronized dual servo motors for controlling the auto index functions.
2 D Auto Index Stations for Multi Tools, either 3 B or 8 A.
Capable of indexing each individual tool within the 3B and 8A Multi Tool set.
24 various size stations including 4 Auto Index stations Multi Tools. Therefore, a total of 24 to 52 tools can be employed.
Capable of running wheel, marking, grooving and forming Tooling.

The MAX T-series comes standard with the Siemens 802D SL operator control, combining all components of a CNC (NC, PLC, HMI) and drive control in a single unit.
