Steel Door Production Line
with Hydraulic Press
The production line contains decoiler for decoiling steel coil, an auto-feeder and a shearing machine for cutting steel sheet, a hydraulic press for embossing door panels, a stacker for stacking the finished door panels, a punch press for punching holes, and a press brake for bending door panels. The production line can also assemble and weld door panels, hot press, cut and weld door frames, spray powders, effectuate wood grain transfer printing, spray paints, assemble door and door frame.
Processing Flow
Steel Coils → Decoiling → Leveling → Pressing → Cutting → Stacking → Punching → Bending → Assembling and Welding Door Panels → Hot Pressing → Cutting and Welding Door Frames → Transfer Printing → Spraying → Assembling Door and Door Frame
