3-Roll Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine

The 3-roll hydraulic plate bending machines produced by ACCURL are able to bend easily the metals sheets with thickness of 2 mm to 200 mm and width of 1000 mm to 12000 mm in high quality.

AHK machines have extremely strong bodies in view of the welded St-52 steel structure. The bending moment is produced by NC or CNC panel control system.

Three rolls are driven by three separate hydraulic motors and / or reducers (rolls of ø 230 mm, machine and its top). All the rolls of our bending machines produced by ACCURL are embedded with self-aligning roller bearing. In this way, the friction force is reduced, and the machine is strengthened.

It is offered various options to facilitate the process of bending.
